Default Cracked cylinder

i was out riding today and i ended up having a cracked cylinder. It cracked right at the bottom where the bolts hold it on.I took it out it is in three pieces. they want 400 $ for one brand new. Does anyone know where i can get one cheap. I already checked e-bay and they had nothing for my model. If worst comes to worst I can have someone weld it.(i have a polaris 400 sport 2 stroke 1998) Any help is appreciated.

Get a hold to RCR.He can repair your cylinder if it is not too bad for a decent price.Might even have one to buy.

Rick told me it would probably be stronger than new. Did you get my PM?

I hear Rick Ritter is a great guy and can fix your jug, but another option is Dennis at AZBADBOYZ.com. They fix them also.

After he welds it back together there will be more material there in that spot. That 's my understanding anyways. If you do get another one or get yours fixed I would highly reccomend getting a girdle kit put on. Look at my pics and see what happened to mine.
