Default TPI's In air Box lid?

Hey,
They make These TPI valves that are commonly used on snowmobile air boxes. I was wondering it it is common to use something like this on the lid of your preddy air box. You can slide the valves open on the track, and slide them closed on the trail or if it is too cold out.
Does anybody use these? I was thinking it would be an easy way to get more air flow.

Thanks
-Steve

I just got a Dial-a-jet kit and a "Lowboy" TPI valve just like you described from Thunder Products. I have not as yet installed them but will be shortly. The way I see it is it'll do two things. A) give me a performance boost B) allow me excellent jetting adjustability without having to switch out jets.....quick and easy.

We'll see.

Bob
