They will not work right out of the box, you must use the longer 800 wheel studs front and rear for them to be put on anything else, but the wheel will fit all the 335magnums, and 400-800 sportsmans, but you have got to change the studs, and get this the wheel nuts torque to 90 ft lbs.

Well not tring to be a smart ***, but been there done that, I have a 800, I removed the wheels, and put ITP type c-6 27"with mudlights, These went on no problem, due to the deep nature of the ITP lug nuts. I also have a 05 330 magnum, The wheels fit, but the studs are too short, they just barely catch about 1/8 in of threds, they would bolt up, but it would be very unsafe. Same stud on the 330 is own my sons 05, 700, The steel wheel studs are shorter than the new studs for the new alloy wheels. So eyeball it all you want, but if you just buy wheels,( this is just for people wanting to use stock 800 alloys on sportsman's that came with steel wheels) you wont be riding on them, till you change the studs, another thing I learned is, dont buy 10" wide front tires for a 05, they will rub the tie rod ends, I had to change mine out for 9in, to solve this problem, or you would have to use spacers.

The wheels look great but I am not impressed with the front rims. The BEad locking look alike ring sticks out to far. It is just about Flush with the rubber portion of the tire. I road my 800 for the first time down a trail that has some ruts in it and I hit the corner of the bead-lock ring quite a few times. I now have 1-3 large (1/8-1/4" deep) chunks of aluminum missing from the beat lock ring portion of my front rims. The rear rims are in far enough and did not have a problem with the corners of the bead lock ring hitting anything.
Personally If my machine didn't come with alluminum rims and I was planning on putting aluminum rims on my machine I would NOT buy the 800 Rims unless I had a wider front tire to put on them where the rubber would stick out farther than the rim. Or I would get the ITP rims.
