I just got my other set of stock 800 wheels in, so I weighed then so I can compare them to ITP rims. The fronts are 12x6 and weighed 8lbs, and the rears are 12x8 and weigh 9lbs. So there very close to ITP weights. But ITP needs center caps whill the 800 wheels have the center caps intergrated into the wheels. Also the lip where it looks like a bead lock is very thick and looks like it will handle some serious abuse. I will give them a good test this season. As far as price goes, My dealer gave them to me for $288 for all 4, so there also cheaper then ITP. Now I just need my Bighorns>

Those are the new Vision symulated bead lock right?
The Vision 160 and 161 weight 13-14 lbs EACH so I've been told my the manufacturer.
This design is very simular to the 800 cast alum wheels in looks but that is a big weight differance if all this info is correct. The weight is the only thing that has concerned me about them and put off my purchase.
They do look to be HD and strong though.
What dealer sold them for that price, is this good to the general public? The 160 is available in the polaris brochers for $79 ea.
Also one last thing could you measure the ACTUAL off set of the wheels to the mounting face, I know they are stated as 4+3 and 4+4, but to what surface?
Thanks for the info and good luck racing!

I weighed mine on our bathrom scale, but to see if it was accurate I had a 10lb olympic weight and tried it. Well the 10lb weight weighed 10lbs. So I would say the scale is pretty accurate. As far a off-set's that is the reason I stuck with the stock wheels. I first ordered the Polaris 160 wheels from there catalog but they were to wide for me. The 160 front was a 4+3 but was 3" from the front part of the rim, not where it meets the hub. So from where it meets the hub was 4". Well the stock is only 2 1/2" so the 160 would make the atv 3" wider then stock, or 49" in the front. Well racing through the woods that wide is just looking for trouble. So I sent them back and got stock ones instead. The ITP"s are the same way. So if you want to be real wide, get the 160's or ITP. But if you want to be close to stock width, get the 800 stock wheels. The wheels retail for about $85 but my dealer gave me a deal. If you go to polarisoemparts.com you can get them for $75 each with free shipping.

They will not work right out of the box, you must use the longer 800 wheel studs front and rear for them to be put on anything else, but the wheel will fit all the 335magnums, and 400-800 sportsmans, but you have got to change the studs, and get this the wheel nuts torque to 90 ft lbs.
