my 04 700EFI will wheelie with the winch on it but I have to sit back by the rear rack to get the front end up. I don't do this very often but tried it this summer after seeing Aarons pics of him on his 04 700EFI.

i've jumped mine around my brothers dirt bike track, learned real quick that a 4-5ft drop is hard on the nuts.

My buddy has a 2000 sportsman 500 and he can do big jumps and wheelies with his too. It is totally stock, but he is now starting to notice a big difference in it. EVERYTHING is breaking on his. Mine is just as old, and been on all the same trails but I didn't beat mine half as much and I haven't had to buy any parts for mine. You can make any quad do that stuff, but they are not made for it, they can not handle that kind of abuse. He has replaced the front axles, hubs, and different parts within the front end and his four wheel drive still won't work again. I bet your friend will see the same type of problems because it only takes one hard landing to start to weaken the parts, it just takes time before you notice the effects.
