How do you change the spark plug on a 04' Pred adn where is it and stuff

You will half to take the front nose off, they are 3 bolts that hold it on, 1 on the top, and 2 down by the front tires. Then you need to take the side planels off, then the tank. So it's under the tank.....it takes about 5 to10 mins to get to it.

Hi,
i had the same problem with my scrambler.
is this normal or are there special tools available so i don't have to take my fuel tank of ?
It took me about one hour on the scrambler (yes it was the first time[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img])

I have never had to take the tank off on a Scrambler to get the plug out. I had a 400, and I have a buddy with a 03 500.

Hi,
I have tried to take it out without removing the tank,
but the standard tool in my tool box was too long

LOL[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]. And I was wrong about not taking the plastic off the Scrambler. Thats was my bad!

On the Pred, just make sure to take your time when re-installing the front plastic. After you do it a couple of times, you'll get the hang of it.......oh, boy, that's an open ended comment. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
