I ate a new Honda Foreman for breakfast yesterday, similar set up 27" blackwaters on his and tri/biclaws on mine. My 2000 SP parked next to his looked like a Hummer next to a Kia. He was so impressed with the ride on my SP and the belt tranny, he's planning a new Polaris already. Still king of the quads...that is for right now for sure.

Where was he eaten? Blackwaters are no match for bi/tri claws in the mud.

Blackwaters aren't much of a match for anything really. I'd say the worst 27" tire that you can buy. Thats my point of view, and its based on traction. For ride comfort, they are probably real good, seeing that they have that type of tread. Claws are in the upper echelon of mud tires though. I thought that Dirtwheels picked it perfect in their shootout. The price thing shouldn't be a judgement in a shootout though, only the performance. I'd say the Vamps would do better if they were wider. I think Highlifter is in the process of making a narrower front available for the Outlaws. Basically to make it steer better like the Bi-Claws. Should be a good setup.
