Venerable old "Battle of Titans"

I have sold my Magnum 425 and hope to
replace it in time for hunting- Oct. 13.
There are three possibles:
2001 Sp 500 (HO)
2000 AC 500 auto
2000 Honda Rubicon
I went and looked at all three today.
I think the Polaris is the clear winner...
I like the Rubicon but can not fathom life
with out 2wd/4wd option. I like the autocat
but do not like the overall feel. It seems
light weight and tinny compared to the Polaris.
The best price quote was $6500 for Sp 500 HO.
Rubicon= $6800 Autocat= $6200
The Sp 500 was large and seemed invinceable.
Comments welcome!!

Another note of interest-
The seat and overall size of the SP 500
was much better for two people than I was
used to. Polaris has reacted to the fact the
a lot of people ride two-up, at least some
of the time. Is this a recent trend?
My wife hated the ride on the back of the 425.

Shoot Evensen, just pop out this new battle in the old Sportsman 500 vs. AC 500 thread and we'll debate it there. Should get us up to around 500 posts if we get enough folks interested in the debate.
