Polaris radiator fan
Thought you people might want to know where to get the replacement fan for several of the fan cooled Polaris's. I have the 2000 Sportsman 500 HO and after spending some time in the mud the fan began to run really ruff and noisy. It sounded as though there was dirt in the bearing. dissassembled the fan and searched the internet and these were the cheapest sights I could find for the replacement fan.

Or Call SPAL-USA directly:

You folks may already have this info but thought it might help you out. I know Polaris wants at least $150. from them.
I called SPAL-USA and they hooked me up with the same fan for $70, alls that had to be done is solder the old connecter to the new fan. Turns out the same fan with the harness is drop shipped directly to Polaris and cannot be bought except through Polaris. Good luck
