I just looked at this year's issue with the Worst Stuck Contest. It only gives a post office mailing address and says, "Sorry, but none of the photos can be returned." So I think you'll have to mail it in. QuadFather gave you the correct address with the exception of the P.O. Box and zip. It's P.O. Box 9508, and the last four of the zip are 9508 Good luck.

Worst stuck?
1995, Florida Everglades, Bad Luck Prairie.
Boot sucking mud pulled the shoes right off of our feet. Two ATVs hitched together could not pull out our Xplorer 400.
Swamp buggy arrived, hitched on to us and broke a 7000 pound rated strap. Swamp buggy finally got us out with a logging chain. (Cost us 6 adult beverages)

Worst stuck:
Was mud riding after a huge down pour and drowned my cat in a normaly fender deep ditch. Borrowed( WITH OUT HIM KNOWING) my dad's 1-ton Dodge( loaded down with about 2 tons of tools, pipe, etc.) to pull it out. I try to turn the truck around and a culvert breaks, truck's right front falls in the ditch. Trying to rock it back and forth the reverse gear goes out. Walk back home and get my bro and we pull the cat out. Dad pulls up while I was trying to get the cat running again. After screaming ALOt!!!!! We get my Grandfather's Tractor, my cat, and My 5 cousins and TRY to get the truck out. Could not. Ended up calling a big wrecker truck. HE got it out after it had sunk to the rear rear axle.
Thats my worst stuck.

Worst Stuck:
96 400 Sportsman sunk to the racks in mud. 2 Polaris 6x6's pulling for 2 hours. One pulling forward, the other winching up over a "Y" shaped log to get the front end out. Then after getting the Sportsman out, had to hook a rope around the rider's waist and pull him out. Then go back for his boots.
