my opinion,or should i say,my 2 cents worth..there not going to put a 700 sp out this year..not with the 500 h.o. just being anounced..theyve already made up the 2001 product literature as well as updated their website so i think 2002 would see an sp 700..

Sorry fella's, The Sptm 700 is still a mystery. They didn't introduce any new ATV's in Reno. We will still kick butt with HO. Like the man said earlier, it't to early to release a 700, the HO just came out. This news comes directly from the dealer convention in Reno, and yes, some dealers do look at this forum, we are very interested in knowing what you guy's think and say. Ride em till the wheels fall off!!!
If any of you come down to the Houston area, come out to Gene's Polaris Country in Baytown, Texas and make sure you bring your baddest mud machine with you, my guy's down here will show you what real 4-wheeling is all about.

I think question should be will the HO go anywhere, do anything the 650 will? Yes I think it will and has already proven it will mud, pull, ride as good or better than other big bore machine. Now will the 650 have more power- yes, ride better??? do better in the mud??? pull more probably. It's kind of like will a 1/2 ton do what a 3/4 ton do? Yea but at what level and ease.

Keep your expectations low, you you will never be unhappy
