hey guys my brother in law is going to buy a 05 phoenix and he was wondering how fast it went? and if its is better than an older blaster? is it a good buy for a first bike?

 

I think it rides much better than a blaster. I don't know how fast a stock blaster is, but a modded blaster will kill it. It is a good machine and will be easier to maintain than a blaster. It depends on what he's looking for, but so far I am still pleased with my purchase. I think it's top speed is 40 to 45. The Phoenix is auto and has reverse and the blaster has no reverse. The Phoenix is heavier.
