who has the oil/temp gauges????
Are you running Electrical gauges then i am assuming? On your picture that is called "Engine Block with Oil Plug Removed" What plug are you taking out there, it it the one on the bottom side(bottom of crankcase), or is there another one you are putting the sensor into??

The gauges are not electric they are manual. If you look right below your temp sensor you will see an allen head plug that's where you tap in for the oil pressure tube.

who has the oil/temp gauges????
these instructions are quoted from sportsman70003 when he sent them to me....so thank him too....:
Start out and cut the holes in your headlight pod. I used a 1 3/8" paddle bit then took a reamer tool and made it a little bigger and did some test fits till it was right. You probably could use a 1 1/2 paddle but I didn't have one at the time. After you get your gauges mounted take your temp sending unit out of the head. Make sure you have a pan to catch the antifreeze. Run the tenp sensor and the wire where you want and use some zip ties to tie in place. Screw the temp sensor that came with the gauge in the head, also you will have different size fittings that came with the kit . Also make sure you use some pipe tape on the treads of the sensor to keep from leaking. Next take the oil line a route it the same way you did the temp sensor wire. Take the allen plug next to the temp sensor out and you are ready to install the fittings in the block also use some pipe fitting tape to make sure it don't leak. Screw the line to the oil gauge. Zip tie all your wires and fill your radiator back up with the antifreeze that came out of the head. I tapped into the 12 acc plug for the lights in the gauges that way they come on when you turn on the switch. start the atv and check for leaks.
