Hey Spiff, Glad to hear your getting with it. I mean, I would love the 414 kit. I don't know if Rick makes one for the 03 330 model. Anyway, I thought about it but am just having a blast on it with the Stage 1 Kit.

That Boss frame can take the bigger bore and a beating too, trust me. I check bolts regularly and only found the bolts on the lower rear brake clam shell loose - should lock tight but just went tighter. The other loose bolt was on one of the clamps that hold the handle bars on. Everything else just needed a little snugging after the first ride. So far no damage or problems to report.

By brother just put a 2000 Scramber 2X4 primary spring in his stock 04 Boss. Says it pulls right up. I will tell you guys more - like top speed and stuff when I check it out. He has lots of hard hours on his on dunes and trails and he reports the clutch was as clean as a whistle when he changed the spring (no dust, nothing). Belt was great too. I was going to check mine, (blow it out and look) but won't bother now.
