Why would you need two fairleads?

Default two questions for the Sportsman owners!!!

I bought a Tamarack soft bag but have only used it once. It's waterproof and has various compartments, some adjustable. It appears to be of very high quality. I think they are now selling for about $130. Much better than the $90 bag I bought last time that lasted only two years. Soft bags are great for allowing the rider to take a nap on the atv while waiting for your buddies to catch up.

I have a soft bag as well. It is not water proof, so when it rains it gets wet inside. You have to take it off when you wash your atv or it gets water inside. It was listed as water proff when I bought it but it sure gets wet inside!!

Well the fairlead-mount brushguard works great for plowing for me, no rubbing.

Chris, instead of two fairleads, why didn't you remove the one attached to the winch? That's what I did, I removed the fairlead mounts from the winch mount.

I have a 2004.4 sp500HO with a factory front brush guard....and a 60"glacier plow raised by a atv3000 ramsey winch with remote control and a handlebar rocker switch. I have absolutely NO problems with the cable touching the brushguard.

O.K. for the bag you need to look in Cabela's at the IPI brand bags. We have two of them and they are excellent bags. They have bungee cords weaved into them to place items on the outside and the bag has a waterproof cover that flips over the zippers. All compartments are dual zippers, so when you open the bag there is a nice wide opening to get your stuff out. They also have tow water bottle holders on them and all flaps velcro and snap down. Very nice bag.

Here is the link to Cabela's IPI Pro Series Bags

Also try this bag IPI Xtreme Bag

They seem to be the same price everywhere I have looked. I have always ordered from Cabela's because of their great customer service.
