Default Trailblazer 250 vs TTR125E

Which do you think is faster, or I guess what I really want to know is can a Yamaha TTR125E motorcycle hang with a Trailblazer 250. I'm on a limited budget and want to get the whole family riding. But cant spend the money to get every one a four wheeler. So I've priced out the TTR125E and I can hang with the cost. I just dont want it to be so slow. Not that the TB250 is fast. Thanks. Oh the rider on the TTR125E is 5'9 and 175 pounds. Thanks

We have a TB and had a TTR 125 also. The TTR has plenty of power to stay with a TB no problen. A pipe and jetting will really wake a TTR up if needed.

Most dirtbikes can beat atv's. I think a 125 bike can easily beat a 250. When my 250 was stock a 80 2 stroke bike could keep up w/me.

I use to ride the TTR @ 155 lbs and also My step son and daughter @ 145 abd 160. I also use to ride with a TTR 225 and could stay with him just fine. At 5'9" the bike may be a bit small. We used the TTR125 as a starter bike, and it is a great trail bike.
