HPD Pipe

Default HPD Pipe

I just put a HPD pipe on my sons 250 Tb and the pipe actualy rests along the side of the head also the rubber starter handle rests on the bottom of the pipe is this a problem or normal Thanks

Yes it is normal. You can take ont of the rubber fittings that are on the head and put it where the pipe hits or the pipe will rub and vibrate. Not much you can do about the pull start handle. Did you get a clutch kit to match?

No didn't get the kit I need to call them and see what they say the problem is we ride at any where from 6500 ft to 10,500 ft alt so I'm not sure there set up would work do you know what weights and springs they use?

They use s55 weights, gold secondary and red/yellow primary. They can match a kit for your elevation. If anything I would call Rick Ritter and see what he reccomends on a kit or maybe even just a primary spring.

Our TB with the HPD pipe and kit had s58 weights.But all he has to do is call and tell them what altitudes he rides and Darrlle will set him up or call Rick at RcR.
