Just heard back from my dealer today. Polaris has agreed to replace my tranny in my 2000 Scrambler 500 see post: (Scrambler 500 tranny problems) They have blamed my cracked gear case on vendor manufacturing. It appears as though their have been several problems that are linked to a couple of vendors. thaught you guys might like to know this in case you have problems.

What was the vendor, if you know, and is there any way that we could determine if our bike has a faulty tranny on it? Do they have any dates as to when they corrected the problem? Thanks.
