I'm still wondering how they do the camo. I know they use an electrostatic or electronic charge and sheets of the camo to apply. Works similar to powdercoat, but different....

I think I might try to make one we have a torch and welder and I use them almost everyday. I have to go to the local steel yard and get some flat metal to make my gas can holder to go on the rear of my 700. So while I there I will buy some extra steel for the gaurd.

I am currently in the process of constructing my own radiator protector...although i am doin a little different style than that of jamhard...i am just taking tubed steel and making a top and bottom then two cross memebers coming down...when i have completed and painted i will have pics of it up...the only problem is i can't think of a way to keep the small stuff from gettin without keeping a good air supply moving...

sportsman7003, when you get your gas can holder done, be sure amd post some pictures of it! I have been thinking of making one or two to go on the back of my '05... but haven't decided on how/where to mount it yet. I thought about mounting one to the center of the rear of the bicke where the supports go up to the back of the rear rack... but then it would block the access door to the tool box. And if i mounted two of them... one on each side of the back... then they would block the taillights!

Sure I will get some pics of it. I'm going to try to get started on it this weekend. I think I'm going to mount it on the left side of the atv I have a backup light on the right and the tail/break light in the center. Turkey season starts tomorrow so I will be hunting most of the day.
