I just got the etrex and I am looking for a good holder to mount to my handle bars on my scrammy. I see garmin makes one for it, but the picture is not that good. Is this actually a good holder or should I get something else. I do ride hard on the trails and the front end does come off the ground alot.

Thanks for the info the part number for the ram model of holder for an Etrex is RAM-B-149Z-GA5 incase anyone needs it.

I ended up getting it from gpsdiscount, as the other places were out of stock.

 

This is the Garmin mount I use on left handlebar of my SP700.

 

Is the garmin one real stable? I do jump and ride wheelies.

 

It's on there solid.

I have the garmin mount also and the power supply cord for a cigarette lighter. I love both. Very heavy duty. Holds up to the abuse.
