No need to take the spider off, make a reference mark on the outter clutch cover and the clutch so you install back in the same position it comes off to keep the clutch balance correct. Remove the clutch center bolt and the 6 cover bolts, be aware the cover is under spring pressure. Now you can replace the weights and spring, pay attention to how the weight pivot bolts are installed. Depending on your new weights design the spider may or may not need to be reshimmed, with the clutch reassembled the weights should not be tight against the rollers, there should be just a little play in them. If they're tight then the spider needs to come off to remove shim/s to get the proper roller to weight clearance.....

Thanks... I should have removed the belt from the get go...brain fart. Has anyone out there put the BMP Supertips into there ATV? I just got done installing mine and I love em...way more on the bottom end. I am hitting the rev limiter though...I am going to stiffen the rear up and see if I can get this to stand up. I can get the fronts to pull up...but can't hold it for to long (rev). Any suggestions?
