Where is the idle mixture screw? Pic of carb
All I can see on the atv is the idle "wheel" and what looks like a drain for the float bowl.

There is a brass cap over the idle mixture screw. You have to drill a small hole in it, then screw a standard sheetmetal screw into it and pull it out with pliers. Our friends in the EPA mandated this brass cap for emmisions reasons. I guess they figure an engine that runs crappy polutes less. Be careful when drilling to only go in enough to penetrate the cap.......you don't want to drill down too far and onto the head of the screw.
