05 TLD, RATH INTAKE, RATH HEADER, NICKLAUS CYCLE FULL CARB MOD, PURE POLARIS SLIP ON WITH 12 DISCS. 175 MAIN JET WITHOUT THE SPARK ARRESTOR LOUD AS HELL,BUT PULLS LIKE A ROCKET. I'VE GOT TO RUN THE SPARK ARRESTOR TO BE LEGAL AND QUIETER IN THE WOODS, SO I CHANGED THE MAIN TO A 165. IT FELT REAL "BLUBBERY" KIND OF FLAT. DOUG AT NICK CYCLE TOLD ME TO DROP TO A 160 MAIN. IT'S ALOT BETTER BUT STILL A LITTLE HESITANT. AM I STILL TO RICH? I DON'T WANT TO LEAN IT OUT MUCH IF ANY MORE, I DON'T WANT TO MELT IT. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I RIDE IN THE MIDWEST,.. NORTHERN IL AND WISCONSIN. THANKS

Where is your needle clip at? And how many turns out on the air screw? Does the top end feel alright?

What kind of air box mod do you have? I would mess with the clip and the air screw.

THE AIR BOX IS STOCK MINUS THE LID. RATH SENT ME A ROUND K&N WITH A BILLET TURN DOWN TO GET IT IN THE BOX.

I had the Rath Intake and sold it. I like my twin air, if you want trottle response thats the way to go. I also sold my Pure Polaris pipe.

HOW DO I ADJUST THE NEEDLE CLIP? WHAT WILL IT DO? WHERE SHOULD THE AIR SCREW BE OR IS IT JUST PLAY WITH IT UNTIL IT SEEMS RIGHT? RIGHT NOW IN NEUTRAL AT IDLE I CAN HIT THE THROTTLE AND IT RESPONDS WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.
