How's everyone today,I a great may long Quading with all my buddies in some good bogs. My 03 700 sportsman (naturally aspirated) on occasion when I was in the deep stuff acted in foward or reverse (low) like I wasn't engaging my rev overide switch, this caused me some irritation in short holes cause I had to winch but on the long streches if I kept the revs up it was fine.I don't think it's a belt issue cause ther wasn't any smell and I shouldn't lose rpm.One buddy says dirty carb the other says the over ride switch.it also has a delay in high when I punch the thottle.
Has anyone had or heard of this problem and what was done to fix it.
P.S This is a serious question so all you other brand guys put it back on the trailer.

Check the PVT drain plug to see if there is water in the trans, if not there might be a short in your electrical when in water or the carb like your friends said.
It will bog if you get a little water on the belt and it slips. This will happen if you go through the water too fast and a little splashes up into the snorkle.
