Removing bushing & bearing from starter

Removing bushing & bearing from starter
I just received a rebuild kit for my starter on my 1995 Polaris Explorer 400 and I can't seem to get the brass bushings out on the end of the starter housing? Does one just pry them out,heat & shrink them out? Also before I try, how do I get the sealed bearing off?? TIA
