i donno if this is for everyone, but my 800 refuses to do wheelies in low. it will only do wheelies in high, and it dosnt require full throttle for it either. i dont know if its just my technique, or what, but the torque on the low drops off to fast for me to wheelie. i know the belt is engaged becaues it very very slowly claws it self forward without throttle, i mean like, an inch in 5 minutes. lol. and its not like the power is there, i towed my brothers truck out of a mudpit with it. and my top speed in high is around 73, and it gets there in about 10-8 seconds

Your saying your 800 will only do wheelies in high gear. Are you not impressed with the SP in low gear or something? I am confused by your post.

im saying that every quad seems to have more torque in low, correct? so shouldent a bigger wheelie be able to be produced by doing it in low? but my quad wont do a wheelie in low

If you are goingot do a wheelie in low you are going ot need to do it at a very low speed, it sounds like you are running out of gear in low and you quad stops pulling.

My bet is that your hitting the rev limiter.

I have a hard time lifting the front tires with my sp in low, but in high, they soar; I think you are running out of gear or hitting the limiter.

Spyder6, I see what you are saying now. Those guys are probably right about you hitting the rev limiter. It seems like a lot of 800 owners have been talking about the sp800 bumping off the rev limiter way too quickly.
