Default Pred running rich?

I've been trying to jet my pred for quite a while now, and about the time I think I've got it tuned in, I raced my cousin on his bone stock '04, and he kicks my butt. His bike is flat revving faster still. Reason I'm thinking rich is it starts without choke stone cold. Plug isn't fouling or even black though, but its not very light brown. Running 162.5, dealer didn't have any smaller, or is there something else I'm missing?

I'm running a 170 main, and 3 1/2 turns out on the air screw.

I had a hard time jetting my pred. turns out the sheer pin in the flywheel broke and my timing was screwy. after I had that fixed I ended up jetting back down to 162.5, but Im at 4500 feet.

How much time do you have on your motor is it still a little tight? What does hpd reccomend with there system? Does your machine cough, spit, sputter, or run flat in areas? With our intake system we suggest starting with the 170 main and raising the needle 1 clip we have not compared it to the twin air intakae system but our intake adds 4.5 hp to the rear wheels.
