#2
i have a 04 scrambler 500, and so far i havent had any problems with it. depends on what you want to do with it tho, if you are gonna race then you can buy some mods, but i mainly just ride trails, occaisionally i do some hare scrambles and when mine was stock i beleive it topped out around 75

Stock, it should top out around 65, if you want a quad for racing then look at a Pred., if you want a beast that has 4 wheel drive at the flip of a switch and can go anywere than look into a scrambler. It is sporty and has the 4x4 switch to go mudding. I would say it is the best quad out there, but I go through lots of mud, jump, climb hills, do wheelies, and don't like to say "I can't make it through that" so a scrambler is perfect for me. If you feel you will hardly ever use 4 wheel drive than its not the quad for you, if you want a sport and a utility quad, but can only buy one, than this is what you want!

The Scrambler is a very solid choice for quads. It is extremely reliable. It's not great at any one thing, but they are good at just about everything. The are a little on the heavy side, but have good power. I would not expect a top speed of more than around 65mph. I have heard a range from 55 to 68. Mine runs about 62.

65 mph, I love mine like 75% of the time but there are times when i want a predator so u should look into both and see which one u like more at the dealer, take them for a test ride, So far my scramblers held up great tho and theres no way i would take back the buy
Good Luck!!
