Pissed at Erlandson Performance

OK, 1st off, the money is not the issue here.
I ordered a polaris white spring for my wifes Trailblazer. It was $17. No big deal. I went thru the checkout process on there website and it showed no shipping charges but I figured something would be tacked on. I got my invoice thru e-mail the next day. Shipping charges were $10 and change for a spring that weighed .70 lbs. (and that includes the box!)
Here's my beef with them. I have sent a couple e-mails to them inquiring about the charges. I was not negative about it. Just a curious customer. They wont respond and that's what pisses me off. It has been 3 weeks since my first e-mail. I wont buy from them anymore.
BTW, I just had someone ship me the flywheel puller to do the degree key and it only cost $3.95 to ship. It has to weigh 3 times as nuch as the spring. Thats why I dont understand why they charged so much to ship a spring

I had a similiar thing happen to me by HPD. I had lost (flew out of my hands) a carb choke spring and they wanted to charge me a minimum charge of 10 bucks to ship it. I asked them if they could mail it thru the Post Office and she said "No". So I said "then forget it". I then called Mr. Ritter up and he shipped me one out thru the post office for a .37 cent stamp. What a guy! It all comes down to customer service. Sorry about your ordeal.
