Most Predators come with a #150 Mikuni high speed (small round) main jet and a 42.5 pilot jet.

i couldn't say the pilot size but the main is 150 and it is the the small round head. if you end up with the large round head they will not fit into the brass sleeve in the bowl of the carb.

i couldn't say. i'd probably try it myself but wouldn't tell anyone else to try it. 2-strokes use alot bigger jet than four-strokes though. i've never compared the threads on them before either. the predator jets fit into like somewhat of an emulsion tube or something. in order to get a hex jet tight you have to put a socket around it. the small round head jets have a screwdriver slot that you can put down the tube to screw it out. does any of that make sense?
