after un hooking the black wire it ran ok then started cutting out again ... the rev limiter is on the left side of the bike just behind the head lighe isnt it??? 96 425 magnum

There are 2 boxes the rev limiter is the one with 3 wires the other is voltagage reg.

the rev lim was the one i unhooked..... i must have a short ...... it ran great for about a hout last night
