Well Ive solved the loose wheel problem with the aluminum factory wheels I bought for the new 800EFI"s
but now I need a place to buy the parts..The fix is replacing the factory wheel studs which if you check
you dont have 6 threads holding your wheel on(can you say lawsuite pending) Ive found that replacing them
with a 10mm 1.25 pitch 1 1/2 inch length will do the trick,id love to find those in a 1 3/4 length though..
Honda makes it in a 1 1/2 but at 6 bucks a pop I cant handle that....Im not having any luck finding
these except in the UK and taiwain.....I need 32 of these plus a few spares..the existing nuts if you
got the patience can be easily used by just running a 10mm 1.25 thread chaser through them worked like a charm for me
basicly the same size your just cleaning the threads a bit..so if some one can give me a venders name id surely
appreciate it or some online company....if you own a 700 or a 800 with the factory aluminums you got the same problem
you just dont know it till you put a wrench on your lugs....thanks
