Well i'm not gonna go way into detail on why i want to sell my quad but two make it short and to the point...My Buddy's are selling there machines to buy trucks, i'm basically the last one left and i still have another quad besides this one, so i wont be quadless...I basically wanted to tell ppl w/this thread that i'm greatly considering selling my 04 scrambler, i just started cleanin it up and puttin the mudd flaps and all that jazz back on after i clean everything up and if any1 has comments please post..thanx

Unless you NEED the money or space why sell it?

 

well we have a 02 magnum 325 and the engine is blown on that, so were gonna fix that with the money. Another reason is i have one friend that rides now and 5 of my friends quit and sold their quads and bikes for trucks..so i cant just haul my quad around where ever i want because i'm not 16 and wont be till next year. So when i sell it we plan to fix the old quad, i'm gonna buy a sweet pit bike so i at least have something i can toy around with, and w.e money we have left over we plan to spend on the magnum and put a lift kit and tires on there w/a clucth kit or use the money to pay for some of my ski equipment for this upcomming season

 

Well it sounds like you have two choices. Put it in the garage and let it sit for a few years until you get a tuck or sell her to someone so she can do what she was made to do Ride. It's always hard selling things that you are fond of but the time eventually comes.

 

If you dont owe any money on it, I would keep it. I'm sure there will be other people to ride with. Instead of selling the Scrammy, sell that old magnum and buy you a trailer for your scrammy. That way you can haul it around with your parents vehicle.

 

oh we have a trailer, but i get out my house riding maybe 4 times a year. I'm pretty sure i want to do it, its not final yet, but when i'm gone at camp i'm going to think about everything.

yeah well half the time i want to and half the time i dont, its fun to think about riding places but half the time it only will **** me off..maybe i should talk to him about the clutch kit, maybe if i just hop it up a bit it wont be as bad and i'll enjoy riding it because it'll have a bit more spunk. I'll mention it to him and we'll see.

 

I think that if you want a truck you should sell your scrambler and get a truck, save some money sell the other quad and buy another quad in the future, just dont go too long with no quad at all though[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
