Hey Floodrunner, thanks for the link to that site. I like the temp gauge (clean & simple) and the gas can holder.

 

You could jimmy the switch inside the gear selector, this is what I did on my 99 335 SP the only downfall is I lost the neutral and reverse indicator lights. PS don't ask me how to do it I took the gear shift box apart to check oil and when I put it back together I didn't need the reverse override anymore. I like it much better now for plowing snow but would like to have indicator lights
