Gotcha . By the way do you have any pics of your trucks? I have a 87 Toyota 4x4 and a 99 Tacoma TRD.

I usually use vise grips to but you might try and take and hit the screwdriver with a hammer sometimes the jar helps break the bolt loose. Also put some PB Blaster on the treads that stuff is great.

Something like this would help

i'm not sure what kind of tool stores you have up there but you should be able to go into a good store and something like this. Worst case you can drill the center of the bolt and use an easy-out.

Easy out type

bolt-out type

I did a write up on carb Jetting on Polaris on a few other forums, and in that write up the first thing I Said to do was throw away the stock brass screws on the carb, they are worthless junk and stip easily. get some 4 mm screws from Home depot for about 15 cents and save yourself a headache in the future.

Should clarify myself, the BRASS COLORED screws holding on your plate on top, and the screws holding on the bowl.. They Strip very easily and in all honesty, Aluminum foil would be a step up.
