Default i am pissed!!!

yeah i have to agree,those bolts are junk...I rode it this morning with the stock 40 pilot jet and it seems to run good.The pipe is on the lound side but it makes good power.How do you know if the jetting is correct?

Do a plug check and make sure its a light brown color.

XpLo400 did you get my pm? Does your quad pop or back fire once you let off from a long hard pull? If so you need the richer pilot jet.

Default i am pissed!!!

Some people use a dremmel and cut a slot for a straight screw driver.
Before you turn give the screw driver a light tap to break it free.

Default i am pissed!!!

I finally managed to remove the bolts,i installed the 42.5 pilot...It run great on throttle but it shut on idle...The plug was light brown.What can i do to make it iddle good?

You will need to adjust the pilot screw in or out to make it idle right. Turn it in leans it and out makes it richer.

I guess i have to take it all apart again?If i remember right there is a round plug with a small hole under the carb,the pilot screw is under?How do i remove this plug?

When I took mine out I drilled a small hole it the brass plug took a big screw and screwed it in the hole and took some vise grips and put on the screw and pulled the plug right out.
