Default Tech Question

How much in and out free play should you have on your front wheels on a 800 EFI? (checking with the wheels jacked off the ground)
Anyone know the correct torque setting for the front hub nut? and yes im on my way to ebay in search of a service manual..lol
but in the mean time id appreciate any help you can give me...

Default Tech Question

umm....since no one else chimed in, i will take a shot at it and say enough where the wheel don't fall off..lol...just tighten it like you would a lug nut on a vehicle is my guess, i know that isn't what you want to hear, but it is better than the other responses you have gotten, haha

Default Tech Question

hub nut notlug nut bear......but by the way the lug nuts ona 800 torque at 90lbs..aluminum 27 lbs steel...
got my info from the dealer this morning on the hub nut..70ft lbs.front 80 ft.lbs. rear..but thanks anyway wouldnt wanta wheel to fall off..lol
