Default 2005 Sportsman 500 Questions

Why would somebody butt in with a comment that has nothing to do with the thread. I have never understood the brand bashing. We all have our stories and for the comment by a Honda or Kawwaski or a Suzuki. Well where should I start. Last month on a two day trip we had to pull 2 2005 650 Hondas through a river because they stall as soon as they seen water this is fact. A smaller brother the 500 Honda oh yes it stalled too. One Honda driver was heard to say man that Polaris crossed easy and I did. Now Kawaskis well here is a little history you see the two 650 Honda owners just traded a 700 & 750 Kawasakis in on these Hondas because they couldn't depend on them on the trail. The 700 was a 2004 and the 750 was a 2005. Everytime we went somewhere they broke...belts ,axles...the 700 was on it's 3rd engine with only 1500 miles on it. Suzuki........Ha Ha Ha you got to be joking when you added this bike to your list seriously. I know 3 locals that have them, well let me rephrase that they share them with the dealership. You know they ride them on the weekends and the dealer repairs them during the week. Mark a good buddy of mine has your bike ,I have let him ride my 2004 400 SP and when he steps off it always the same thing WOW !!! he says. He still can't get over the ride and handling. He already has metioned getting a Sportsman. Now I also know Polaris break and that's my point. Sorry for Rambling. I agree with the guys that noise is you EBS,take it back to the dealer ASAP for any fluid leaks if you still have warranty. I did notice on my new bike that it has wheel weights on the iside of the front tires.

What is the sense in having an atv forum with different topics of conversation for peeps to discuss, only to have retards come in & start brand bashing. It is not about the units, it is about the sport of atvn.

come on guys! lighten up. like i said in my last reply, if yamaha screws something up, i won't be the one to stick up for them. i noticed that no one confronted polaris' problems that i listed, you guys just blasted me and my griz. so, who's 15? sorry for getting off topic. i didn't realize that these forums were anything but entertainment.
