if u want a loud pipe and dont wanna tick ppl off then take a piece of garden hose hook it to your muffler and stick it in your hear, then u can hear all the noise u want and no one else has to.

Well i guess thats your theory, but go tell people who drag, arena cross and bikers, mize well include everyone because this world is based on having or being by loud things
