Got a couple questions for you guys. I got this thing used last year Memorial Day, it's a 92 Polaris Trail Boss 350L 4x4. It seemed to run okay, now it's got issues. The machine has 5k miles on it, but the engine was dealer replaced under recall and has only 1500 on it. First thing is it runs for a while and the hot light comes on. I found the fan was not running so I bypassed the temp switch and run it by a toggle switch. Even if I run the fan all the time, the hot light still comes on after 15 minutes or so, can't figure it out. The radiator is not blocked and is full. Even did it when I was plowing over the winter. Second thing is it always seems to load up. I can run the #### out of it and blow it out then 5 minutes later it is loaded up again. I know sometimes the float sticks and it dumps all the gas out, but after filling it up again it seems fine until the next time.
