i have to agree, its the dealer, because like in my situation, a bolt came off one of my heat sheilds and i couldent find what was rattleing and i took it in and they looked it over hand had it for a day and they didnt charge me a thing. my front left headlight was leaking and i told him and he said, ok i'll order one up in the morning, come back in a week with the otherone and we'll trade it off. its not polaris itself, all first years have bugs, kawasaki had problems, suzuki had broken half shafts, and polaris has melting plastic and mis-machined rims (Vision's fault)
