Default Another CV joint Bites the Dust!

Did a little 4wd action today, not much just some hill climbs here and there and a little creek running but that's it. Destroyed my brand new CV joint. It was an aftermarket shaft I got from E-bay. I hope Hoopie doesn't have the same problem since I suggested the same shafts to him.

ouch that really sucks,

something you might want to look into are gorrilla cv boots, I heard they are extremly good

Yeah I kind of threw the idea around when I replaced the shaft before but didn't want to spend 600 for shafts. Now the 150 I spent for the cheapie is gone. Guess I have to decide if I want gorilla's on both sides or just replace the broken one with something better.

not the actuall shafts, I am talking about just the boots...I havent heard much about the actaul shafts
