Clicking sound

Default Clicking sound
there is a clicking sound coming from the tranny of my 2000 250 trailblazer i pulled the dipstick and it was low. everytime u get on the gas real hard it makes that clicking sound. Is my tranny taking a dump on me? or is it something else.
