Default ALCOHOL CHANGING SPECIFIC GRAVITY?

My Alcohol BUBBA BIKE was running just perfect. I ride it almost daily.
Then I bought a new Batch of Methanol, mixed as always(32 to 1 Benoil and Alcohol top end oil at 1.5 oz per 5 gallons.)
Its now flooding out, the float level looks good, but it puking Alcohol out the overflow most of the time.
I drained the fuel and put what was left of the older Methanol with mix in and it runs just fine.

Note: The Methanol is clear
Mix= 20 oz Klotz Benoil to 5 gal Alcohol + 1.5 oz top end oil.

Question: Does Alcohol or can Alcohol change Specific Gravity to cause a different level of floats in fuel bowl?
