I have a 95 TB it is hard to get them to do both things you want to do. It will help you for hill climbing an bring your top speed up. There is so many difernt seeting for the clutch to make it run better in differnt areas. The best thing to do to help make it better is to get rid of as much weight as possible. An it will gain in top end an acceleration because the 250 motor is not very powerful.Right now with mine im keeping up on starts at the MX track I race at with 400ex's they get me about one or two bike leights to the corrner. My TB weights 265 lbs an is changed queit a bit there is more on it an laurches web sit.

I have a HPD with a DG silencer and a Hotseat clutch kit. You will get a SIGNIFICANT gain in power with either HPD or a RCR pipe and clutch kit.
Blaster --NO PROBLEM --300EX depends on the riders abilities.
If you really want to wakeup your quad, put in a PINK primary spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My buddy bought a 2000 T'Blazer. He was having some troubles doing some of the hills where we ride. He was also usually last. He put an HPD pipe/clutch kit on it, now he flies up the hills, and keeps right up with the Blaster and two Warriors we ride with. It seemed like a new, more powerful bike.
