Could someone give me the part# for a Dayco belt for my 98 400 Xplorer{non ebs}

Dayco's P/N is 1157 I beleive, although a dealer may sell/buy it under another depending on their distributor. Try SLP (Starting Line Products).

Personally I use/reccommend Goodyear's belt (P/N 11173). Any dealer with a Parts Unlimited catalog can get it for you. Give or take a dollar or two, depending on dealer, should be around the same as the Dayco.
