Ok, Nutters.

I have been a manual reader my whole life and i follow it to the Tee, as far as mantance is concerened.

On, (breakin period) it states 10 hours or 3 tanks of gas."Saying to vary RPM consistantly during this time to ensure, engine and belt break in for best results/Longevity.

i have been doing this and have instructed my wife to do the same on our new 08 sportmans. i will do it no matter what, but my wife seems to Lack the "Anelism i do" in this respect.

My, question is Really how important is this??

I have the perfect opertunity to see the results of mine and her pratice's but it will take some time for the results in our situation.

Are you revving it up and down all the time , because thats not really what they' e saying. (I dont think) I believe the idea is to put it through some light paces just to get the machine used to what it may soon be up against. Allowing it to adjust to itself so to speak. But no matter what , just tell your wife that you are right and she is wrong. We'll back you up, just don't let her see this.

Well it was a pretty hot day today working. Not as hot as you folks down south may be used to but pretty hot for us canucks. It was so hot that I just finished buzzing my head, well actually my wife did. Isen't such a big deal other then the fact that I haven't had a hair cut for about 9-10 months. Tommorrow people that know me will wonder who the heck is that guy.I wear a ball cap and usually just clip the wings that hang out the sides from time to time. I took some pictures. When I figure out how to post them I will, purely for entertainment purposes.

I normally don't work on Sundays neither. I'm right in the middle of Toronto and Montreal. About 3-4 hours each way. It was only around 85f today but thats plenty hot up here.

Nice avatar, are you some type of money pimp now? HA
