All right, this may be a crazy idea, but let me know what you think. I really want to get into cross country racing, and I currently have a 95 sportsman 400. So, i started thinking, hey why not run that in the utility class. I would be racing in District 16 harescrambles. Its pretty snappy as has a surprising top end. So, let me know what you think.

I don't know a thing about cross country. What I do know is you can't win if you stay on the porch.
Get out there and give it a whirl, then if it doesn't work out, you tried!
You also then can make educated decisions on the future race bike.
Good luck, Doc
I've raced atv drags and pulls. snowmobile drags and circle track. Stock car street stock.
All local and every time had a great time.

I race d-14 harescramble series and its a riot..just enter a race and afterwards post your findings here...there is a guy with a SP 700 that races in our ute class they put the utes (all 4 of them) with the womens class..all 3 of them...its a good time..one word of advice if a faster rider is behind you and is NOT in your class please move over...Most are courteous ..very few arnt...good look and make sure to keep us informed!
