for a long time ive felt ive made the wrong decision in getting the SP800 instead of a Predetor, and now its finnally catching up to me and burning a hole in my pocket. anyway, im considering makeing the trade for a 06 Predetor TLD. id like to have the Outlaw, but the solid rear just seems more practical for me, along with the fact that the pred deffently looks better than the outlaw

anyway, i can get a 06 pred from my dealer for 'bout $5800, then i can get a little more if he could throw in my Dealer Discount since i'll start working there in the spring when im 16, or maybe a prefered customer

what do you guys think of my trade? i feel like if i keep doing what im doing to my 800, its gonna blow up soon (speed runs, jumping, full throttle 80% of the time) and also i just love manual transmitions, they cant get any better.

i my 800 is 05, of course and has 470 miles on it, and has never been hurt or anything and well maintained. all original parts +2500 warn winch. how much do you guys think it'd sell for? i think i might be be able to make a clean trade on a TLD and maybe get the new E3 series muffler and some other goodies.

thanks

Yep, you got the wrong quad. The pred will be your new best friend. Better off selling it then trading it in.

If you get the Pred I have a buddy that has a HMF slip on for sale cheap. IMO HMF is the best pipe out for the Pred.

Xstremeskier. I hate to short change you but I notice most used scramblers go for 3000 to 3500 for newer years.

If it backfires, plan on getting less. If it's doing something it's not supposed to, it just won't bring top dollar. Check for a small exhaust leak. Could be a cheap fix and help get the money you want.

Spyder, I sold my 800 about a month ago because it sat while I rode my Pred. I do miss the ride of the 800, but the fun factor of the Pred makes it worth it. I'm debating on getting the Outlaw when it's get released. If I can have the ride of a sp800 with the fun factor of the Pred, it will be in my stable. I'm getting near 40 and got to work on Mondays, and the Pred does make me sore after a couple hrs of riding. Maybe the Outlaw will take care of that.

Being sore is part of the fun! It keeps you young.. Your sore because you actually did something and you have too to ride the pred the SP you just sit on and drive. I bet you tend to ride a little harder on the pred than the sportsman.

Actually I rode the 800 just as hard as the Pred. Both were ***** to the walls in the woods. I raced my 800 GNCC so I rode it hard. It soaked up the bumps so much better that I wasn't as sore. When I raced the V-Force after a 2 hr race I was ready to drop due to being wiped out. My lap times were allmost as fast on my sp800, but after the race I felt I could do more. I wasn't beat no way near as much.
