Default More power for my Trailblazer!

I'm looking to get some more performance out of my trailblazer. I just spent some money on the aaen kit so i dont want to spend any big bucks right now but ive been thinking about getting an aaen secondary spring. I'm not really sure how they work performance wise but if someone could suggest a colour it would be helpful. Im looking for a bit more bottom end if possible. but topend wouldnt hurt either. also what if i installed a carb from a 400 sport or scrammy. would it fit right without any airbox mods? and would it make much of a difference? thanks.

Go with a gold Polaris secondary spring the blue Aaen is too stiff for a 250.

what would i expect to gain form the gold secondary? and nobody knows about a bigger carb. i realize some companies make them but they're a little pricy so i was thinking about a good used one from a 400, but im not sure how it would work.

If yur lookin to add a polaris 400 carb which is a 38mm carb i believe which is a pretty big carb for a 250, you'll need a little something more then a pipe and clutching also jetting will be needed. I would get it ported then think about a 38mm carb. A 32 or 34mm carb would be just fine if you can find one for cheap. If your tblazer is fairly new don't worry about a new piston.

Stock on a 400 is a 34mm.And the stock carb works good even with porting just have to fine tune it.LEt me know how the Aaen kit does our TB is all HPD and I like the Aaen sound better.

ok so if the 400 is a 34mm then would that still be too big for my 250 TB without getting it ported, or do you think it would work good? reason i want one is because i should be able to pick one up at the local atv junk yard for a good price but if its not going to do much good i dont want to waste my time and hard earned money. I like the aaen pipe a lot but i have never had anything other than stock before so i cant compare. it'll pull half decent wheelies with a nice tug on the bars now though. i think i need to get my jetting set a little better now because the bike is running pretty warm after an hour or so of ridding. ill have to get my dad to help me out this weekend. what size main jet does your TB have? i've got a 150 in but also have a 140 sitting around.

My TB has either a 150 or 160.If in douuut jet it up.You can make a 34mm work but you will need to mod the intake some and rejet by reading your plug.

The porting livened it up some but not like I wanted. It will beat the other 250s and run even with the 300-350s in everything but topend. My son doesnt really like it all his friend run it down because it is a POLARIS until they ride it.Looking for a Warrior or 400ex for him now he wants to learn how to ride a clutch.Wont take him long to see why I like the autos
